Electrical, etc.:
My experience has been as a full service electrical contractor and electrician, estimator, service foreman, project foreman and project manager, providing new and retro-fit electrical installations on industrial & large commercial projects. This experience includes power wiring, intelligent technology, high speed WAN cablling, fiber optic installation/splicing, satellite communications, lighting, exterior pole and landscape lighting, automated machinery controls, UPS systems, generators, network and data LAN cabling. I have supervised, estimated, managed and worked hands-on in the wiring of complex industrial and heavy commercial electrical and machinery installations and services throughout the U.S. in the wiring of hotel, multi-family, office complex and military hangars, offices, gambling casinos, satellite communications and training facilities.
I am a "hands-on" person and enjoy hard physical work and don't mind getting dirty. I have been integrally involved in electrical contractor strategic business planning, budgeting, negotiating contracts and complex change orders, coordinating equipment and facilities for projects and generating schedules. As a foreman and supervisor, I have held a firm hand in implementing progressive discipline and conformity to safety, while maintaining a motivated and profitable workforce.
